Waited 5 Hours for Dr Vincent only to tell me there is nothing he can do.about my problem! Had a second opinion which Dr Vincent diagnosis was correct. He does know his stuff. A little ruff But means well ! Still it is a clinic. And going to sit and wait hours. They are a professional staff and other employees. All respectful !!! Just. It’s a clinic.

I will give 0 star to Dr. Giovinazzo. Besides his profession, he is such a mean old man! The office staff are very nice, they called us to come one hr later for the appointment, bcuz they were very busy. We waited around half hour to start the process, which was not bad. Our baby is just 3 months old, he felt really uncomfortable during the exam, so he was crying hysterically. Dr. G kept complaining to his partner and seemed very impatient. He is just a newborn baby, he didn't know what happen. The doc didn't take it easy on him and was being very rough. That made me really angry! We were there yesterday, and the corner of my baby's right eye is still little bit red. He is normal a good eater, But today he spitted his milk 2 times already in the am. I can tell what happened yesterday still making him uncomfortable today. If you have a baby or a young child, please take him/her to a diff doc.

Was finally seen at 4:15 for a 1:30 appointment. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked the front desk and they noted I was next. I then watched 7 more patients get called, a couple of which who were being seen by the same doctor. This was my first time here and it will absolutely be my last. Save your entire Friday afternoon and go elsewhere.

Waiting for more than now 3 hours to see Dr Why will you make appointment if you can not see patient as scheduled you need to make more efficient work schedule so people don’t sit for 3 hours or more to see you Please make more time factor in scheduling for everyone take in effect People have other things to take care and don’t sit 3 hours to see you I m sure ww all make appointment based on qualifications and service but waiting for this long is not acceptable . If finally took total of 51/2 hrs to complete visit Just to warn everyone it is long wait to se him Unless they improve this appointment schedule

When I made an appointment I specifically indicated that I want to see the only doctor Vincent Giovinazzo. Didn't happened. I spent 4!! hours in the office. First. I was seeing by what I suspect was resident, then couple minutes by Dr. Giovinazzo, then by another doctor who said that I didn't need anything, thaw I was referred with suspected glaucoma. Avoid this place.
