When I arrived for my appointment and waited for longer than an hour for the doctor, the receptionist asked me where my referral is and since I didn't have one she sent me home. The lady with the penciled in eyebrows was extremely rude to me and yelled at me like it's my fault! Does Dr. Roytman need such an assistant who chases away her patients? My day was ruined and I have never been treated with so much spite anywhere!! I would not recommend this office because of the unfriendly staff!
