Dr. DeLuca and his team were exceptional throughout my PRK surgery experience. Before my consultation, I struggled with severe dry eye, but they ensured I received proper treatment, including LipiFlow, which effectively cleaned the glands in my eyes and eyelids. Their professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident and at ease. The results have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Most of Dr. Joseph Deluca's staff all accommodate patient with respect. Straight to the point telling you what's the best for the patient. During my husband Cataract laser procedure. Being a new patient I expected my wait to be reasonable yet substantial. Therefore, I arrived at 1:30 for A 145 appointment. Upon arrival I was told to sign in I checked the box that acknowledged I was a new patient. I was then told to take seat. I sat from 1:30 to 2:10. As another new patient arrived she was advised that she needed to fill out new patient paperwork and have her picture taken for her file . I proceeded to advise the staff member behind the desk that i was also a new patient and never recd any paperwork. I was then asked to step up to the desk. This staff member told me that my appointment was at 2 o’clock not 145 since all patients arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I proceeded to tell her I was here at 1:30 And had been sitting waiting for 40 minutes with no paperwork to fill out As she continued to talk over me . I then asked her how long of a wait would it be before I saw the doctor in which case, she answered very rudely. “ I don’t know” I told her if she couldn’t tell me how long of a wait and since I had already been waiting close to 45 minutes that I would find a new doctor and I left the office. Since office personnel are the first people patients meet upon entering any office and just now reading some of the past reviews regarding the professionalism of Dr DeLucas staff , He may want to have a chat with his staff regarding office manners and what HIS expectations of professionalism means. Also, Everyone’s time is valuable Even a patients. And an unreasonable amount of time for waiting is unacceptable

I have been happily going to Dr. Deluca’s office now for over 15 years. At my yearly visits, I’m met with the most friendly, and professional staff. And, Michelle is the most caring optician I’ve ever met! I really appreciate her guidance, patience and helpfulness in choosing the correct frames for me. She measures my eyes perfectly for my new frames each time I order new glasses. She’s actually the most important reason why I go to this office.
