My experience was amazing. The staff was polite and very patient. The doctor was very down to earth and very helpful. 10 out of 10.. I will be going back for all my eye care needs!!!

Excellent customer service and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very knowledgeable and the premises are very sanitary. The doctor not only provided outstanding care but also exceeded my expectations with her knowledgeable approach They offer a large selection of glasses and of course contacts.I am so happy that I came. I highly recommend that you come here as well.

Dr. Katsev is the most attentive optometrist. She spent the time to run a variety of tests, explained the results of each one and even helped me find the frames I liked. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere in the store was pleasant.

The visit was fine. The doctor is always nice. However, when my husband received his glasses last night we noticed two large polishing scratches in both lenses. We brought them in today to let them know, we got told that is out of their hand??? And we will have to wait until Tuesday to speak with a manager about it???? Absolutely ridiculous since we didn’t receive what we payed for. The male working there was very rude and unprofessional. Had the audacity to ask “well does it bother you while wearing them?” You mean the things we use to see better? We wouldn’t have come in if it didn’t .

This is my third visit with Dr Maria and each time she was courteous and professional. She takes her time , answer any questions you have and gave advice about taking care of your eyes. Enjoy my visit each time with her. And the staff is very professional and kind.
