*Horrible First Experience" I came to this location to get an examination and new glasses. The optometrist was very nice and helpful. After my examination she ask if I use the computer a lot. I told her yes, I use it a lot for work. So she offered to waive a blue tint fee to help me, given the fact that I am on the computer a lot. I thought that was very nice of her to do so, even though I couldn't fill my prescription that day. So I went in today to fill my prescription and a lady that wasn't there the first time I came chose not to honor the fee that was waived. I should of known something was up because when I came in she told the young lady in the back to check my insurance to make sure that I didn't go anywhere else to fill it first. I thought that was an odd thing to say out loud in front of a paying customer, but I chose to ignore the remarks and proceeded to choose my glasses. after I chose my glasses she made it be known in front of other customer that I'm not being "covered for premium blue tints" and that I will have to pay an additional $120 for it in this rude condescending tone. I was kind of confused and taken aback by her behavior. So I informed her that the doctor offered to waive the fee because I work on the computer. Blue tints was something that I never requested. I didn't even know about the blue tint until the optometrist informed me of it. She continued and said "are you going to pay for it or not?" She also said that "the doctor isn't there today to verify my claim". So I just chose to move forward without it because of her unnecessary attitude. I ask the young lady at the front desk while I was paying if it was possible to call the doctor to verify, because I'm still in shock about what just took place. She said that the doctor is on vacation and they can't do that right now. I don't have no idea who that women was but her customer service is horrible. There is no need to talk to people in that manner and behave that way. She turned a pleasant experience one day, into one in which I wish that I had never step foot into that place. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY EVER SEE ME.

Jun 14, 2024 · Ronald SpencerEnjoyed my appointment with Dr. Maria Katsev. She talked me through the examination process, and provided a great update on my current eye health. Staff was very helpful while shopping for my first pair of lenses.
Jul 31, 2024 · Clifford GeneceCalled this location because I might have an eye infection. And hoped they accepted walk-ins. The receptionist told me I have to wait till next week Monday to see the eye doctor. Really! She said yes you would have to wait with your eye infected.
Jan 21, 2025 · Sheena P.After almost 20 yrs of being a loyal, faithful customer it is time to move on to someplace else. My issue is not with Dr. Maria, she has always been very helpful and professional. I will not go into detail as it is quite lengthy. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and had to have my previous lenses replaced with a new Rx. After a few weeks with the new lenses I went in to have an adjustment made because they were not sitting right on my nose. A member of the staff brought the glasses to the back to adjust, when he returned I noticed a crack on the frame that was not there before. I mentioned it to him and he told me to come back and they would order me a new frame as they did not have 1 in the store. When I returned I was told by Eric that they were not going to replace them as my warranty was up and they are not responsible if anything happens. I told him it was not my fault and he was very nasty, loud, condescending, not at all professional. trying to make it look like it was. All this taking place right up front at the desk in front of customers. He finally did say that because it was me a customer for so long he would do it, quite reluctantly I might add. Accidents happen, but I was not going to pay for a new frame when it definitely was not my fault. This was on Nov. 27, 2023 and after several calls asking where they were I finally got them Dec. 23, 2023. I and my family members will not be going back there.
