Dr. Olga Kazachkova

I arrived for a routine Eye Exam. I was received with courtesy and professionalism. I was seen in a timely manner. My Eyes were examined from many aspects to spot problems, none were found, happily. I was recommended a prescription slightly modified from the one I purchased two years ago, which I continue to find satisfactory. Dr. Kazachkova was pleasant, inquisitive, and friendly. I recommend regular Optical health checks to all who are getting older, to catch a problem in it's early stage. In the past the good Doctor tipped me off to a Cataract problem early, which enabled me to seek an intervention and correction. I thank her, and I will continue to have regularly scheduled checkups.

I recently visited this store and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. The lady who assisted me was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. She didn’t make any effort to acknowledge me when I attempted to know more about the choices of glasses, and when I asked a question, her response was curt and condescending. She was not even paying attention. What really stood out, though, was the way she seemed to judge customers based on their appearance. It felt as though she was looking down on me and my child, almost as if she was deciding we wasn’t "worthy" of her attention or service. I got the impression that her attitude was not just a one-off but a pattern of behavior. She promised to send me an email of the receipt and prescription but i have to call back next day to request again. It’s disheartening when you're made to feel uncomfortable in a store, especially when you’re just trying to shop. I’m not sure if this is the standard of service they expect from their staff, but I certainly won’t be returning. If you value being treated with respect, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr. Kazachkova exhibited excellent patient care and mannerisms. She inquired about my family history to better understand my prescription and clarified my misunderstanding on my prescription concerns. I certainly recommend Dr. Olga Kazachkova and the staff at Pearle Vision Wooside. I had a very positive experience.

This was my first time going to Pearle Vision Woodside and I definitely will come back, as well as recommend it to others. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. And Dr. Kazachkova is great! She was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left feeling completely on top of my vision concerns, with no lingering questions or worries. Great job all around!
