Jan 31, 2025 · Danielle BStay away!!! The doctor and staff were great. I had problems using my insurance. They miscalculated my coverage and refused to honor my insurance. As an employee of a company, you're going to work, working hard, and they offer you benefits for that work and effort, and for Pearle Vision to say they are not going to honor my benefits is just simply wrong! The owner was not willing to honor my insurance plan as written and described. The OWNER said he wouldn't honor my insurance!! STAY AWAY!

However, when I went to get a new pair of frames, my experience took a turn. Everything was going smoothly until I encountered what I believe was the manager. He was making a call and reprimanding the sales associates in front of customers, which felt very unprofessional. The sales associates were clearly uncomfortable, and the manager seemed indifferent to how his behavior impacted both them and the customers, including myself. This situation made me feel quite uncomfortable.
