They are very professional and friendly. In the back the assistants get you ready to see Dr Braunstein who will examine you and will refer you to any additional testing if needed. Overall the visit is very comfortable.

I took my mother to him couple of times in the past because she was telling me that her eyes not feeling well and he kept telling me that she has no problem every time after he checks her eyes. I felt something was wrong, so, I switched him to another doctor who told me that my mother had a hemmorage in her eyes and needs a retina doctor as soon as possible who did a laser procedure to her rightaway. Thank God she didn't lose her vision!
