This clinic is very disorganized. They overbook patients and you end up staying there for hours. I went to a regular routine doctor appointment with my mom. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they were going to page the doctor. We were at the clinic for a total of 3 hours and 45 mins. That is not acceptable. Changing doctors asap.

2.5 hour wait?!? All the receptionists were nice when I asked about how much longer the Dr. would be with the exception of the final check-out receptionist. She was fairly nasty when I asked if the wait was going to be two hours for my next appointment. I asked because I need to schedule my day (I have a job that doesn't look kindly on a 2.5 hour lunch), and she was just being jerky (patronizingly reading my chart, telling me that my appointment was longer because I was new (like my "newness" meant that I needed to sit in a chair for 1.5 hours longer), something about having worked for 4 other ophthalmology offices, and how her "experience" was more significant than mine. If you work for this clinic, please contact me and I'd be happy to discuss this with you. Dr. Farris was lovely. So why the one star review due to one bad egg? That one bad egg stank up the whole place and I don't care to return.

Extremely unprofessional. They’ll have you get there at 9:15 am and to sit there for over 3 hours!! The doctor never showed her face and the staff lied about her name. Her name is Danielle Trief, but the nurses and receptionist said I don’t know the fixities name. The have RESIDENT DOCS CHECKING PEOPLE, you won’t even get the actual doctor. We needed up leaving, will never come here AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Please don’t come here, you’ll thank me later.

Don't go here! This is by far the worst experience I had at a doc office at Columbia in my life. It took 2.5 hours just to be seen. This is during covid. Finally, they saw me and my prescription is totally wrong. I got my glasses made and everything is off, I am dizzy, they changed it too much. I have a huge problem because I have to return my glasses and go back and they are charging me a refraction fee and I can't reach anyone to void that because I really don't want to go there again. They are incompetent. Find yourself another eye doctor. This is not worth it.
