Visit with dr gourd was excellent. I waited over 45 minutes to be taken into the “observation” room. Never waited more than 20 minutes before. I was given the visual field test which as I’m told malfunctioned so I had to repeat it. During the first test the tech person was going in and out of the room closing the door while I was trying to concentrate. The second time the door was left open so that all the activity next to the room was detected by me and made it difficult again to concentrate. Although the staff was considerate and polite they were not very professional. If I had been a new patient I probably wouldn’t have returned again to this office. In the past all staff were very professional and considerate . Dr Gould and his nurse are excellent always professional . Maybe it was just a bad day for those concerned and it was the lunch hour when the staff affecting me was nearing lunch or whatever but professionalism should always be foremost when patients are nearby

Dr. Gould was able to see me right away for a resistant Chalazion that was inflamed and painful. He was calm and assuring during the simple procedure without pain. He took his time explaining it all to me and didn’t rush . I felt safe and confident that he took the best care of me! His staff was kind and helpful as well. So grateful to have doctors who make you feel this way!

I had a very pleasant experience at the office which is clean, organized , and professionally operated. Dr. Ditkoff was professional and the exam went smoothly. He answered all my questions, provided me with useful and needed information, and had a caring spirit. Although I would have liked for my visit to have had less wait time throughout the process, it went rather well, overall.

Great experience and piece of mind with Dr Ditkoff smooth process of phases of exams and care there . Busy because it's trusted and therefore may take a few more minutes than the chain places that don't care about you as a customer like this place does.
