After taking time off work and arranging my schedule to make it to my appointment, I was informed upon arrival that my appointment had been cancelled. No prior notice was given, and I was not offered any reasonable explanation for this sudden cancellation. Avoid this place if you value your time and expect basic courtesy from your medical providers.

This year I asked them for my PD and they refused to give it to me. They refused to give me my Rx information. Not to mention that the place is an open, unorganized doorway. They also charge way too much for frames. I used put up with that because the service was nice. But not anymore. I'm currently searching for a new eye care place.
