I was told I can bring in own my own frames and have them put the lenses in for free. I But that wasn’t the case when I bought them in. I was told I have to pay $100 for using my frames and $150 for blue ray.I came back a few days later to try on frames and was told $100 for blue ray. It seems like they’re making up prices because I’m being told different things by different sales rep. I’ve never had to pay out of pocket for glasses. My insurance covers 100 percent. The same thing happened to someone I know That came here to get their eye exam so they so she decided to go elsewhere. Not to mention they do even explain your eye exam results after the test they just tell you the price of glasses. And if you want a copy they charge you $45. I picked out glasses on March 3rd and received them on March 20th.
