Apr 17, 2018 · Sam GI called and the girl that answered didn’t understand anything I was sayin - I wanted an eye exam and new lenses - she could not understand that - I told her my birthday - she hear it incorrectly - finally got to scheduling an eye exam - only available in 3 weeks - terrible !!!
