James the optician was great, he was kind, professional and patient. My problem is with the idiot two women that helps you pick the frames in the front lobby. The Asian employee LITERALLY showed me a small container the size of a briefcase 馃捈(holding about 12 frames) for me to make a decision on my glasses, I felt that this was done intentionally. There was a whole class counter if you will full of glasses to choose from that my insurance covered. By the time I discovered that there were more glasses, I had already made my decision from the "brief case". When I bought it up to one of her co-workers, she just shrugged it off; and this same co-worker developed an attitude when my daughter didn't want to pay for any extra features to be put onto her glasses. I haven't gone back to this establishment because of these two morons, it'd been two years. I'll return once these two ladies are gone.

Dec 09, 2024 路 Brown princessPRK eye surgery was a life saver for me with my bad eye vision since 1994 and now I feel like a have a new life and I will do it again if I ever need it ! The healing process is not for the weak ! You follow the rules of law with the doctors orders and you鈥檒l be happy as you ever can imagine after a few weeks of consistent eye drops and vitamin C, it gets better and better as time goes on ! The surgery was quick and it actually felt very great ! Nice cool feeling on the eyes during surgery for about 30 seconds each eye ! It felt like a breeze of fresh air on open water in the ocean on a boat ! I can finally enjoy life swimming again and watching the sun sets and sun rises. The stars and moon looks breathtaking as I cry with tears of joy ! Tell everyone to come to Dr.DelloRusso in Bergenfield new jersey for a eye exam to see if your eyes meet the requirements needed to be able to proceed with the green light to enter the next stage of the surgery! I will be back for life to share my experiences with my friends and Family at Dr.DelloRusso laser vision and lasik plus PRK surgeries !

I call NJ Eye Center Dello Russo and they took me right away. They provided me with extra care and attention as they sought to fix my problem. The receptionist as well as the medical staff were professional as well as kind and knowledgeable. I greatly wish I had gone there first!! Five stars-great place.
