Mar 09, 2025 · yuanyi zhangRaudo is amazing. He didn’t have to help me with repairing glasses that I didn’t buy from LensCrafters. I will definitely stop by next time I need another pair or some sunglasses. Btw they were not easy glasses to repair and he did it perfectly. Thank you!!!☺️
Feb 09, 2025 · Hadas ZI am terribly disappointed with the service at this LensCrafters location. I came once to pick up a replacement frame for a pair of eyeglasses I owned. While waiting for the lenses to be swapped into the new frame, I was rudely requested to sit at a bench. I totally understand moving so that the front desk is open for entering customers, but the rude tone and disdain with which I was asked is unacceptable from a customer service perspective. Fast forward to the following week, I was forced to come back because I could not see out of the frames they had replaced my lenses into. Keep on mind these are the same exact frames, and there was no change in prescription. Simply the frame was changed for a new one. I hypothesized that the lenses were incorrectly swapped where the right was in the left and vice versa. Unfortunately, upon entering the store, the same employee treated me even WORSE. She looked at me almost rolling her eyes. She took my glasses, and had her colleague swap the lenses to the correct orientation. Whenever she handed me my glasses, there was no verbal confirmation on what was done or an apology for the honest mistake. Super frustrating. I understand that mistakes like this happen, but what I cannot accept is treating your customers poorly. I cannot recommend this location because of my poor interactions with the staff and seriously hope they reevaluate how they treat their customers.
