Great, attentive staff! Doctor is very thorough and explains and answers any questions. Been going for years and I always recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed. And you get to choose your glasses right there. Everything in one place.

The service is fast and all the staff is so pleasant. My son was afraid but this doctor was amazing with him. Front desk and the associate lydia were so pleasant and thorough with me and answered all my questions. Good doctors are hard to find I'm glad i found them ❤️

Went to Morillo’s office in Union City on Nov 18th 2024…. From the front desk to the doctor, everybody was very professional…. then I went to the department where the frames and lenses are … I asked the young lady, that was there, what were my insurance benefits? she MISLED ME and told me that my insurance benefits were $200 towards the doctor, the frame and the lenses …. I chose one of the basic frames with Progressive lenses and basic anti-reflex treatment… and I had to pay $280 extra for a total of $480.and there would be a three week turn around time from the lab… Next day, Tuesday the 19th I called my INSURANCE COMPANY and they told me that my benefits were as follows…. THEY WILL PAY FOR THE DOCTORS SERVICES IN FULL PLUS $200 TOWARDS LENSES AND THE FRAME … By then I realized that actually they tricked me into paying $480 for my order..of a (basic lens, progressive and AR treatment) Immediately I called Mr. Morillos s office to cancel the order, but the office is closed on Tuesdays… Today, Wednesday I called again, and I spoke to the young lady who I placed the order with and told her that I wanted to cancel my order… she said that I could not cancel because they had already placed the order and I told her how could this possibly be when she just placed the order on Monday and they have three weeks turn around time so the Lab has not even started to process the lenses….. I then asked to speak to a supervisor… I believe the guy that I spoke to is named Mike, who gave me the same BULL as the girl…that the lab would not allow them to cancell… I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I FEEL I HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF….
