I had an excellent experience as a first-time patient at Dr. Alan Sheyman's office. The office itself is spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff, from the front desk to the medical assistants, were friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially appreciated how the medical assistants took the time to sanitize all the equipment and explained each step of the process before starting any procedures, which made me feel very comfortable. I liked how Dr. Sheyman had already reviewed my file ahead of the appointment, allowing for a smooth and focused conversation about my concerns. He combines deep expertise with a genuine willingness to listen and explain everything in detail. He took the time to carefully review my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I fully understood everything. I didn't feet rushed, and he answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease. Overall, the experience from start to finish was warm, welcoming, and efficient. This practice is really outstanding! I left feeling reassured about my eye health, and I’m grateful for the care and attention I received. I highly recommend Dr. Alan Sheyman to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate ophthalmologist. As a Healthcare professional for over 40 years, I have met my share of physicians over the years. Dr. Sheyman is an outstanding doctor. He is compassionate, intelligent and takes time to explain procedures and current situations. He is calm and caring and makes a difficult situation more hopeful. I don't often recommend clinicians but in this case, I have no reservations. Office staff is very pleasant and appointment times are honored. An overall A+.

Dr. Sheyman is an excellent doctor and eye surgeon. I experienced severe eye issues in both eyes that affected my vision. Dr. Sheyman diagnosed my condition and, with his expertise and attention to my concerns, developed a corrective surgical plan that happily restored my vision. He is a responsive physician who takes the time to address patient questions and concerns.

My aunt has retina issues and she has been seen with Dr Alan Sheyman for many years. And you know what? She’s absolutely happy to be his patient! She told me that he is a smart, professional, knowledgeable and experienced doctor. At the same time he is caring. He is always patient with her, always ready to help. And it’s not only him, but his staff too. Whenever she calls to his office she gets answers to her questions. She told me that he is not just a doctor for her but he’s her ally in her fight with disease. So my aunt highly recommends Dr Sheyman as a retina doctor!

I am recommending Dr. Alan Sheyman to everyone who reads this review. He is very kind, caring, and professional; took the time to explain the surgery procedure in detail to me even thought I'm a nurse, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visits. He also has a wonderful team of doctors and nurses that works with him; hats off to them also. I could say that my overall experience was an A+. Thanks Dr. Shayman for being so compassionate to me.
