When l first walked into the office the welcome wasn't felted. When l got called to the back office EVERYONE was so friendly. All of my questions were answered. Dr. NIGHTINGALE and all his assistance were wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt so calm and safe with them. My morning finish off with Missie Dunham which is great. Thank you everyone for your kindness and information.

Mar 21, 2025 · Nancy Evangelistathe receptionist in duty was completely clueless with regard to professionalism. she was either too busy ordering food or eating it to bother to say please or thank you. all interaction was transaction based with “I need you to. . . “ or ” give me”. in addition, food should not be eaten in the reception area. the smell permeated the entire entry area. talking with food in mouth, etc. making phone calls while chewing food. Really? My wife did indicate the medical and nursing staff were very cordial and professional. I just happened to observe this while sitting in the waiting room.

The office is clean and inviting. They were prompt and accommodating in their response to my appointment request. I would highly recommend Nightingale for your eye care!
