The staff is incredibly nice, and go out of their way to be helpful. It feels weird to call a trip to the doctor an enjoyable experience, but they really do make eye exams, and figuring out insurance benefits, as pleasant as possible!

And the front office staff are excellent. I recently bent a frame and they happily got it back into wearable shape until my next replacement. A caring operation all the way around.
