Dr. Ewald did a detailed and meticulous job, the results were good and precise. Also in the front I found Jacquie (whom I’ve meet on my previous visit)to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. She called me 2 days later: “your glasses are ready”!!! I found out that they do do their own glasses at this location, and they did a great job. Thank you. DK

I wanted to get my eyeglasses after work yesterday ,because I often pass by this store, I asked for information in a very friendly way, and the front desk has very strong accent . I saw her owner (middle aged man ) left and she even yelled at me, and all she did was just want to kick customers out and I was in there for less than 10 minutes, She was in a hurry to get out of work, she shouted at me to get me out of there, and I wanted to get my glasses yesterday I met this kind of stuff . It’s really bad experience! I will never go to this store again.Hiring this kind of clerk will only make this store's business worse and worse!
