My loyalty to this practice has never resulted in any difficulties when scheduling appointments, and the accommodations provided are quite reasonable. As a longtime patient (and so are my wife and children), I called for an appointment with a particular doctor due to a concerning problem with my hearing. I was told that the doctor had nothing available but I was not offered the option to see another doctor. Instead, with an unmistakable tone of frustration, I was told that I was difficult to hear. Imagine that, someone with a hearing problem not speaking clearly, I was horrified but tried to speak more clearly and louder, but the frustration and admonitions persisted. Nonetheless, I inquired when the doctor might be able to see me and I was again told that the doctor had nothing available. I responded “ever?” and received no response, so I repeated, “ever?” and was told he had an appointment in three weeks. Shockingly, I was still not offered the option to see another doctor, so I asked, “is there someone else I can see?” I was told in an abrupt manner that another doctor could see me but was not readily provided information as to when until I inquired. When the person began to answer my question, the annoyed tone continued. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to voicemail. I left a message but did not receive any response. This has been a terribly disappointing experience.
Apr 01, 2025 · Seth GinsbergI was having severe eye pain and difficulty seeing all of the sudden. I needed and eye doctors appointment immediately and they saw me that afternoon. When I got there and explained what was going on they made me feel heard and gave me every test to put my mind at ease that nothing was wrong with my vision. The whole staff treated me like I mattered and listened to. I would definitely come back and am going to change my eye doctor permanently to this location. I also will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for a great experience.
