To start off, Dr. Tong is GREAT! She's very thorough and takes time to listen to your concerns. Staffs are great too. Good amount of availability, and there is very limited wait time! I had a mix up with the billing person who initially told me that I do not have a copay for my 2 follow up visits but after 2 weeks later gave me a call that my copay actually needs to be paid over the phone as soon as possible. I was definitely taken a back as it appears to be a bait and switch. In addition, they also quoted me $150+ for my contacts prescription / annual eye exam copay that I need to pay out of pocket but that actually was not true (I went to my previous eye doctor as I have not been paying for this.. and I did not have to!). Totally could be an honest mistake but I would recommend double & triple checking the insurance / copay amount with them!

When I picked up my glasses, I was told it would be additional $40 since I re-used frames. I wasn't told about the additional $40 fee previously "it was an oversight". Beware of bait & switch ...

Dr. Wong was able to quickly figure out what the issue was and why the previous eyedrops didn’t work. Also, her optometric technician Asma, was very helpful in helping me find and order special uv blocking lenses, which helped with eye strain from my computer screen. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Wong and her team.
