Nice, yes. Until he has to cancel your cataract surgery three times and then is so rushed to fit in all the canceled patients that he gives you the wrong result (accidently makes you near-sighted) and you spend thousands to correct it elsewhere because his office's response is "oh well." Plus, the anesthesiologist he used at Riverside Surgery didn't completely numb me and then walked away before the surgery. True nightmare.

Feb 23, 2023 · Carole LotitoBad business ethics. Was never told that my insurance was not yet accepted by them at check in I was told to pay 60 dollar copay that I was not supposed to be billed. Called whoever answered the phone was rude and not understanding and asked to be refunded because my insurance said there was no copay and they do accept my insurance. I am over a 30 year new Milford business owner and resident and would never act that way to any customer new or old obviously profit over customer Relations is how this company is ran . Will never go back or recommend to anyone. I am not a review person but you wonder how many other people they did this to . business owners in this town all kinda know each other one way or another but this is not one of them tells you something

Always gentle, kind , and thorough, I appreciate his professional expertise and most helpful staff. My entire family, (that's five of us) all visit Dr. Carabin at least once yearly... when i had a problem he directed me to a great eye surgeon who specialized in my problem. I was so relieved to know I am getting the best eye care here. Pretty good optometrist here as well!

The doctor took me right away knowing I had vision problems. He was thorough and explained everything in detail to me. I would highly recommend this office.
