She made the eye exam pleasant, and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Choosing frames with Mitch was super easy, I described what I liked and within moments he pulled out several options, all perfect. I never felt rushed or pushed into choosing a frame that wasn't perfect. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.. great experience start to finish.

She was in a panic and had less than 18 hours in NYC before her flight to Bermuda. Crystal was so helpful over the phone! I email her pictures of the broken glasses as well as both prescriptions (contacts and glasses). She assured me that she would take care of my friend when she got there. And they did all for a great price too! This is her in her new glasses heading back to the airport! THANKS CRYSTAL!
