Sterling Optical - Kings Plaza Mall

This is an updated review of Sterling Optical - Kings Plaza Mall. I am revising my rating from 1 star to 5 stars due to the exception of the outstanding service provided by the store manager, Michelle, who went above and beyond to rectify the situation which occurred with a salesperson. Michelle, with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor immediately made my husband and I feel welcome, and at ease. What truly stood out was Michell’s dedication to customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to ensure my husband was completely satisfied with his purchase. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence were truly commendable. It is clear, Michelle takes great pride in her store and work and genuinely cares about the customers. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the Russian sales associate who assisted my husband in selecting the actual replacement pair of glasses. But she had a genuine passion for helping customers. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure he found the perfect pair of glasses, she listened to his preferences, offered suggestions within his price range, and recommended frames that suited his face and style. She demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the products and services offered at the store. She took the time to understand his needs, providing personalized recommendations that were spot-on. Her expertise in eyewear was evident, and she patiently answered all our questions, ensuring we felt confident with our choices. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and had a pleasant demeanor. The expertise and attention to detail of the doctors and staff who conducted the eye exam were evident, they took the time to address all our concerns and answer all questions. We felt confident in their ability to provide accurate and reliable eye care. However, I still stand by my initial experience with the older saleswoman, who was condescending, pushy, ill-mannered, and unpleasant. If you avoid her, you should have a pleasant experience, as everyone else in the store is courteous and helpful.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Michelle at Sterling Optical KINGS PLAZA for her professionalism and exceptional customer service. I encountered an issue while picking up my eyeglasses, and she handled the situation with grace, respect, and a deep understanding of my concerns—something another associate had difficulty grasping. I was incredibly frustrated and on the verge of walking out, never to return, but Michelle stepped in and completely turned things around. She de-escalated the situation with patience and professionalism, ensuring that my issue was fully resolved and that I left completely satisfied. Because of Michelle, I will continue to trust Sterling Optical for my eye exams and eyewear needs. Thank you, Michelle—you are truly a class act! Keep up the great work!

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was incredible and very knowledgeable. The office was super clean and professional. They helped me find the perfect frame. I will definitely be coming back.

I visited this location and I would like to thank everyone for all the help that I get when entering the door the salesperson were so kind and they also had a wide variety of glasses to choose from and they meet my budget and it works really great for me and I also get discounts on my glass the manager and salesperson meet my expectations I would highly recommend this store to anyone please visited the experience is great
