Horrible people work here and thieves also .. they get you into this care credit and then charge an outrageous amount of money on the side for glasses you can get cheaper somewhere else and when you tell them you didn’t know you had to pay almost 2000 thousand dollars for glasses they get nasty with you .. mind you that they first tell you that your insurance don’t cover glasses or lenses and then offer you the care credit … I got a pair of famous brand glasses with everything on it for 500 across from them and the service was better .. nasty women in this establishment don’t go there!!!! My credit is ruined and I never got the glasses because I still can’t afford them!!

One star is too generous. Absolutely horrible service... Waaaayyyy overpriced. Deceptive.. scamming.. Nasty attitude from counter staff . Standard eye exam but wouldn’t provide me with at the least my prescription being written down for me. Was charging me an additional $400 for regular contact Lenses. Once the blonde short haired woman charged me for my eye exam, she placed a pair of disposable contact lenses on the counter..no paper towel...no saline solution. No receipt.. no prescription and went on about her business as if I was invisible..she tried scamming me into opening a credit card? And when I declined her outrageous offers of almost $500 for a mandatory stock of contact lenses that I didn’t need she became even more arrogant and rude...Really? The BBB needs to shut them down for good. PS..I don’t see them being in business much longer. It’s a shame more people aren’t protesting this disgusting scam operation.

Avoid this place. Its a scam I was told my plan only covered 70$ and i would have to pay what remains but the company told me they covered everything so i spent 600$ for glasses i could have gotten free. They push you into buying stuff or lie to you while making you sigh stuff so you can't get a refund. If it wasn't for the contract i would have gotten my money back. The Moment you hear you're plan doesn't cover it please don't believe this and call or say you can't pay it and leave.They will try and make you take credit but its to trap you. you're healthcare plan will give you locations you can go that are 100% better then this place and free or less then 600$ ellos son ladrones Llame a su plan o vaya a su médico para conocer los lugares que le dan anteojos gratis

Absolutely horrible service. Their products are absolutely overpriced. The doctors are great but their opticians and sales team is heady handed and unreasonable. THEY DO NOT HAVE A REFUND, RETURN POLICY. If you don't like it, they don't care. Most online retailers have a 60 days trial period, there are two laws for them to give you your prescription. Use them.

I'm not one for bad reviews, but we were almost ripped off. Found glasses in a better place. This place was dishonest about taking our insurance (I almost paid a lot more cash for glasses here that I found cheaper and prettier somewhere else.) The people were nice and all, but yeah...
