Had my first visit with Dr. Chan. She was attentive and took her time to explain everything. The staff was helpful, the wait wasn’t long at all, and the visit went smoothly.

The doctor is not professional enough, the process of testing the eyes is sloppy and she seems to rush off work, only once without the next time! Don't go! The experience feels bad!

This client need waiting long time to see eye doctor, when u go in just 10 minutes finish your eye check than they telling you to do new glass on their clinic. Compare the price is higher than the outside glasses store ! The main point is they say we had pick up at less 7day. And am asking her to give me my daughter eyes prescription they telling me that my health plans doesn’t cover every 2 years... hello... I what is that to do with my children plans?? I mean I am paying my own I just don’t want to get my glasses after weeks! No more eye check on this clinic! Sucks!

To be honest, I don’t see why this is such a bad place. I don’t even know why it only has one star. My child goes there, they are perfectly kind and actually checks my child’s eye. I don’t get why they only have 1 star.
