The doctors here are professional and friendly even though our appointment was at a time when they were super busy. They were honest and open, but beware for sales: Julia is the ONLY person you want to have anything to do with. They also had my glasses ready so quickly, but I'll never come back because the man doing sales in the front is so nasty and unprofessional. When I didn't choose one of the 2-3 pairs he initially suggested, he made multiple petty comments in Russian and English about how he wouldn't let me "try on the whole store," and "only had 3 pairs in their entire selection that would be too small/too big/not the right color for my face." He also practically ripped a pair of two he offered my husband from my hands before my husband had the chance to decide or compare the ones he tried, and then pointedly ignored multiple requests I made to try on any other frame after my eye exam. After my eye exam, I was convinced to try again and had to be much more firm about trying on the 2-3 pairs I wanted. Maybe he knew he lost the sale because he got pushy when we didn't immediately sign forms upon returning but I was in no mood to be rushed, and just so happened to find a pair I really liked for myself anyway, which I consider a major win given the energy I spent ignoring his horrendous language and nonstop eye rolling. Still, I decided I would buy frames elsewhere not just because he was endlessly muttering and insulting me, but because I was not even allowed to compare it to anything else I may have liked. It's still a big purchase, and I wasn't going to be dealing with him while making it. The whole thing left such a bad taste in my mouth that even though we both came in with every intention of buying glasses for a decently open budget, I ended up choosing just the spare pair from some special insurance-friendly box with Julia when he finally walked himself to the back. I'm not sure how much I'd have to be compensated to bother coming back, and if I ever did, I'd speak exclusively to Julia or the medical team. I hope whatever profit they do make counts for her commission because she totally deserves it. If anything, I'm sorry we didn't have any opportunity to work with her.

Great little store with a friendly staff and knowledgeable optometrist. I came in here as a first time customer looking to upgrade my frames and my prescription. The young lady at the front is very welcoming and friendly. She guided me away from a boxy frame to a more rounded frame I never would have picked myself. She totally called it. She was also very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor in the back was very quick and professional. I am very happy with the price I paid for the frames + new Rx lenses + spare pair(insurance covered). The lenses have all the new tech which is awesome. Late night driving anti glare tech/reflective/easier on the eyes if you are Infront of a screen all day. I forgot the names of all the features. Blue light? Anyway, I am very happy with everything here at Vision Palace. I'd definitely recommend them and I will be coming back myself for any glasses related purchases. "I am extremely disappointed with the service at Vision Palace Optical! The customer service is awful. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. The service is terrible — the consultants are impolite, don't explain anything properly, and clearly don't want to help. When I asked for clarification about a product, they responded with irritation as if I owed them something. The atmosphere in the center is unpleasant, and the waiting time is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone!"

Ladies at Vision Palace are the best! Very professional and knowledgeable! Came in for contact lenses prescription and got it in less than 10 mins. No time wasted! 5/5!

Going to Vision Palace is a great experience! Very professional staff. It made me feel that I received the most thorough exam possible. When being fitted for glasses, the assistant broke down the pricing so you knew all the variables as you were making a decision. I would highly recommend their services to you. I know I certainly appreciated their services!
