I have NEVER wrote a bad review for someone, but I must say that I have insurance that pays $200. They gave me a pair of frames for $119 and I guess the rest would be for the lens. I received an invoice, that they billed the insurance company for $354.00 for a pair of frames that you can get from Zenni.com for $25... but, they were free, so I didn't make a big deal, except they gave me a cheap .50 cent case. I asked why, she said that was "complimentary" so for the $354.00 that they billed the insurance for, these $25 glasses can't come with a decent case. Anyway, she tells me that they can bill the insurance company $1000.00 if they want, that they will not get paid that. She goes on the computer, which she is not the one that does the billing, which they told me she did (part of the scam) and tells me they only got paid $103.00 which it says none of that on the invoice. I'm sure that she wasn't looking up anything, just to play that game. They think that people are stupid and try to be nice to cover up because, they don't know how to get out of something they greedily did wrong. I just contacted the insurance company and told them all of this and they opened up a claim. I went through all this trouble because I don't like dishonesty. They could have handled it the right way, that's why I went into the store first... but, they decided to play this game instead... lying and trying to cover it up. Be VERY careful if you go there and do your due diligence and shop around. There are PLEANTY of reputable places, that don't double talked you. I just was very unhappy and most of all disappointed, by them patronizing me. Would not recommend.

I read the reviews and I decided to go. They were very friendly, helpful, quick, professional and delivered what they promised. They definitely do their due diligence: they check your insurance, the doctor is quick and everything is explained thoroughly. They help you pick the best frame for your face so they have patience. I like to thank the 2 wonderful ladies named Marina. They made the process quick and painless. I got my two glasses between 1 too 2 days. Great service and glad I put my vision in their hands. Highly recommend this place.

I had a mishap where I poked my right eye on the corner of my TV whilst cleaning. I awakened in the morning with tears, pain and some blurry vision. I called the office and the reception staff was very accommodating and gave me an appointment right away. I was thoroughly examined by the Doctor who diagnosed me with a severe abrasion cornea, and due to the situation conjunctivitis. The Instructions and medication were provided in a clear and informative way. I definitely recommend this establishment for all your eyecare needs and emergencies.

Starlight Optical helped me with my DMV eye test; the process was easy and smooth; doctor is very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly. Very satisfied with their service.

Amazing place, frame's collection and people! Recently ordered contact lenses for my son and this was a great experience! My son had his eye exam done the same day in the store, because this location has ophthalmologist. Same day he got the samples of his contacts. Special thanks to Marina for being patient while teaching my son how to insert the lenses, it was his first time. Other special thanks to Masha for very quick order of permanent contacts. This place has the nicest personnel and excellent customer service. Thanks you very much for your excellent job!
