The young lady that took me to run a few eye exams was friendly and prompt the doctor that attended to me was knowledgeable and Carmen the front desk person was also friendly and knowledgeable. All staff members that attended to me have great customer service skills and knowledgeable. Would definitely return .

From scheduling to meeting with the doctors— I have been treated with care each time. The doctors are both informative and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you to the staff at Visionworks in Clifton for always making my eye doctor experience a positive one!

I was told with a very bad attitude that there are other appointments and they may or may not be able to accommodate me. It could have been delt with in a better way. I work for clients too and there is a definite better way to handle paying clients. There were only 2 people sitting snd i could have easily been squeezed in. The next person was sitting there and even they were not taken in. Last time i went on time and was not attended at my time. I was still made to sit there for 15 mins. So if we are being this punctual about the time. How come it does not work both ways? The whole experience was pathetic.
