Warby Parker The Mall at Short Hills

While the experience at the Warby Parker store has been pleasant, the experience afterwards has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first pair of glasses arrived after three weeks, well after they were initially promised -- and that only came after I had to talk to MULTIPLE customer service representatives to get an answer about the status of my glasses. I was promised that supervisors would reach out to me, which never occurred. When they were finally sent, I was sent the WRONG pair -- both in terms of prescription and frames. I took the pair to the store to return it, and, again, had a pleasant experience with the store associates. They promised me that they had ordered the replacement pair with expedited shipping. I am now encountering the same issue that I had originally, with my order being stuck in the "processing" phase. We are now approaching two months with no progress on this order. Each time I reach out to an associate, I am told I will be updated on the order; I rarely hear back. In sum, the store itself is wonderful, with friendly and helpful employees. Warby Parker as a company and laboratory are seemingly incompetent, and I would NOT recommend. Upon further research, my experience is not uncommon.

I had the most amazing experience at Warby Parker today! Nicky, Monique and Tom a huge shout out to you! There were other associates that I encountered that were equally as awesome! I was greeted by Nicky who did not hesitate to make me feel welcome and at home immediately! I was looking to upgrade my glasses style and he did NOT disappoint! His knowledge, vision ( no pun intended ) and creative senses were beyond excellent. Tom guided me through my examination and set me up for a successful virtual examination. Both of my virtual interactions were professional and efficient! Bertha and Dr. Kantor were top notch! Dr. Kantor was detailed and made me feel as if she was in the exam room not virtual. Warby Parker Short Hills Kudos to you for employing the most dynamic team members. There was not a single team member in the entire place today that did NOT display the most stellar level of excellent customer service! I will never go anywhere else for my glasses or eye exam needs!!

Warby Parker made selecting and ordering new glasses easy. Samantha was very helpful finding styles I had identified using their app to pre-shop at home and then identifying additional frames she thought might work well for me. We quickly narrowed down the options to 4 pair and then I was able to make the final choice. They were able to work with my prescription which includes progressives, prism correction and high index lenses. I look forward to receiving my new glasses in 7-10 days. The store environment was well designed and welcoming as well. Overall a great experience shopping for my new glasses. And prices were about 1/3 of the cost of glasses I had considered in my eye doctor's office.

Quick, efficient, kind, and overall just the most thorough experience from top to bottom. I arrived early for my appointment and they saw me immediately, and I was able to complete my eye exam within 10 minutes. Easily the best optometrist I’ve ever seen, and I was driven here from one that was extremely poor and honestly scared the hell out of me With a false medical warning, which this one picked up on an immediately dispelled as benign and a non-issue and assured me of my good health. Easily the most thorough doctor I think I’ve ever seen. After that, the workers in the front were extremely thorough and helping me choose out a new frame for my glasses, and were extremely accommodating throughout the whole process. The checkout was quick and easy as well. Easily the greatest experience I’ve ever had at an establishment like this in my life and would highly recommend to anyone.

Huge fan. I've had at least five pairs of glasses from WP and my experience is always very good. I just went into the Short Hills store to get another two pairs for a new prescription. Love the organization of the store layout. The customer service was immediate, 1:1, and very personal. Whenever I wanted to try on numerous pairs in different colors, the associate was accommodating and patient. Plus she helped me pick out a frame and color I was really happy with. The basics are also really important and they deliver really well -- clean, well lit, organized.
