I love West Village Eyecare associates! I have a strong prescription and it sometimes can be uncomfortable to wear contacts and glasses. At my first appointment, Dr S recognized this immediately and was able to find a better prescription that made daily wear easier. Since that first appointment three years ago, I’ve never looked back! Dr S and his team genuinely care about your eyes and health. They have the latest technology to easily check your eyes, removing a lot of the annoying parts of an eye exam (that machine that puffs air?!). I can’t recommend them enough!

I dropped by the store to tighten one of the screws on my Dita rimless glasses. Unfortunately, while adjusting the glasses at the store, the bridge was damaged. These were quite expensive glasses ($1500+) so obviously I was extremely dissatisfied at first. However, I must say that the way Hakeem and his team approached and supported me to get the situation rectified was excellent. Great customer service and I would highly recommend.

I have been going to West Village Eyecare for over 20 years...Dr. Serhrochni has been treating me, my enitire family and many of our friends...he is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and a pleasure to deal with, as is his entire staff. Thanks to him, a potential serious condition was caught super early...I trust him implicitly... I cannot recommend them enough.

Stopped in to see their eyeglass selection. Lil was so sweet and helpful. Even after finding out that my insurance wasn't accepted, nothing changed. The service was still impeccable. Highly recommend them for professional and courteous service.

I love Dr. Wong! Great bed(chair)-side manner, explains everything well, and simply kind. Incredibly efficient too. My partner is considering getting contacts for the first time. When I came in for my my appointment, Dr. Wong was giving a new contact lense-wearer a session. I could sense she was great then, and have recommended my partner go see her. You should too!
