I am getting my third pair of glasses in six years. I have been extremely happy with their great customer service and professionalism. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The process goes fast and they are extremely helpful.

It was a wonderful and pleasant experience, the wait time wasn't long and I was in and out. The office is clean, smells good and cute. Neyda helped me and answered any questions I had. I definitely would recommend going here.

I recently had an eye exam at the VA Hospital and when I received my glasses, I still couldn't see!!😱 The prescription was all wrong😮‍💨 and It takes about 2mos to get another eye exam with them. I'd already had a terrible experience at another optometrist (here on Utica Ave😒) and it was so awful that I'd almost just given up on my eyes altogether and let myself go blind😵‍💫 But in a moment of desperation I went searching "eye doctor near me" and UP pops "Benjamin Optical" (not even 10mins away from my house😏) I glanced their website for a while, and finally, after taking a few deep breaths😣🤞🏾, I clicked the "book appointment online" button and Whaaaaaat???😧 I was able to book an appointment the very next day!!🤩 (Take that VA Hospital!🤪) I took the earliest appointment and when I arrived, I swear... It's almost like this place isn't even in my neighborhood!🤯 It was so clean and quiet☺️ Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Before I arrived, they'd already had my insurance verified, and all I had to do was take my eye exam!😁 My appointment was at 10:45am and I don't think I waited a minute past that to be seen by the doctor because I was back home, opening my front door by 11:30am (and that's with him double-checking some things that concerned him about my eyes; and he didn't have to do that😇) Now, I'm not a native New Yorker and in my 14yrs of living in the city of Brooklyn, I hate to say it, but this was the ONLY business that I've visited here and I can honestly say that I didn't feel "prayed on". I was just recently scammed by an auto garage on my window tint for my vehicle inspection where I was conned out of $90 so he could pretend to overlook "illegal tint" which I dont have🤦🏾‍♀️ I could very easily get emotional about how many terrible experiences I've had with businesses in this city; so bad to the extent that it's driven me to shop solely online; and thats BEFORE Covid made us do it. The business practices that are conducted ALL around Brooklyn are absolutely deplorable!!!😓 So It was so nice to finally walk into a place and do business with HONEST😇 and pleasant people who are just doing great at their job!!👏🏾🥳 The entire environment of this office and staff IS the STANDARD of what ALL businesses across Brooklyn should be striving to be! Thank you guys SO MUCH for your warmth and hospitality, and dedication to your field of work🥰 I'm so excited to finally see again!!🤗

I have been a patient/client for a little more than a year now. And I am so very satisfied with the service. The ladies that you meet when you first walk in are the best! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I'm a contact lens wearer, but recently, I purchased some regular glasses. Nyda was patient and helpful with me deciding on a new pair. She took her time and guided me through the process. And for this I am truly grateful.
