I have been blessed to be seeing GOD sent Doctor Brecher for many years. He is a caring kind skilled professional Doctor I trust my eye treatments under his care I have sent my family and friends to him and we ALL agree i am a NYS Chaplain GOD bless you and your families. Been going to him for years. There’s a wait but it’s worth it. He is that good. He’s the best there is. Never had a problem. His staff is also nice.

Dr brecker is absolutely amazing doctor. yes there is a wait to be seen but it's worth it because he sverh helpful and caring. The receptionist girls have been always a great help and are working very hard for what they are doing. yes it's a busy place but as I repeat it's so worth waiting for the time.

The office staffs are not friendly at all. They act like as they are doing favor to the patients! Always talk to each other inside the testing room, seems it’s not an office but a party place for staffs here! I observed patients come here doesn’t feel comfortable at all! One Bengali dwarf lady (there is only one dwarf bengal lady works here, others Bengali staffs aren’t dwarf!) is worst, she doesn’t even know how to officially address to a patient. Always rude to the patients...Shameful... isn’t it? Dr Rubin is okay, he has a co-doctor who is okay too! But the PA... same problem. Sometimes I found rude them. If you are not happy with your job you should leave it and do something else which will make you happy. And lastly, it doesn’t cost any single penny to be nice with anybody, right? I think Dr Rubin should take care of all of these addressed problem... otherwise he will lose his patients as I heard he already lost a lot of patients because of his office staffs, pa and Bengali rude dwarf lady staff!! Frustrating... Oh God, common problem of most of the doctor’s office is receptionist and horrible waiting time unfortunately!! She was rude with bad attitude again this time. Let me tell you something plain and simple little receptionist, if you aren’t happy with this job you should leave it and do something else which will make you happy. Because you are getting paid through us and you have your job only because of the patients. Please don’t forget that. I guess what I heard that’s the reason this office is losing patients seems true. And Dr Brecher shouldn’t forget that a good doctor must has a good office environment with a setup of expert receptionist and a good doctor will never keep unnecessary long waiting to the patients every single time. Because bad attitude receptionist and long waiting time always is enough to spoil a doctor’s reputation!

I would give this office zero start, if I could, specially the front desk girls, who act like they are all “ First Lady of the USA”. “Genesis and Shahana “ these two are the worst. In fact, this doctor’s office is a chaos. A bunch of rude mannered and unprofessional disgusting girls work in there. They really need behavioural therapy, they need to show at least some hospitality and respect to the patients. They treat the patients like nothing. They show zero respect to the patients which is incredibly inaccurate and very frustrating. I had to talk to the doctor a year ago about their fault and failure. It was very nice and he assured me to call any time to make an appointment. Now a year later one of the girl demanding apology from me!!! But why is that damn apology for? You are the one disrespectfully behaved and I had comments online resulting your unprofessionalism. With the doctor’s request I deleted the comment. You owe an apology to me. I paid cash money to see doctor in this office. It’s expensive. The doctor couldn’t fix the front desk problems for unknown reason, that’s even more frustrating.
