This place is shady…. I went in for appointment and when I was finished I asked the doctor to provide my eyeglass prescription and he would not because I did not make a $50 deposit and that he did not issue a claim with my insurance. Never heard of an eye doctor not giving people their prescription based on not putting a deposit down?!!?! It sounded like they were trying to get easy money… I doubt I will be returning

I had been seeing the doctor for years, but on my last appointment I was quite disappointed, because he told me that he was going to increase my glasses and at the end of the day he gave me the same prescription from 3 years ago. He kept my money and gave me horrible glasses. The girls at the front desk are super rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor, try to look for someone else, but don't go to that office or you'll regret it 👎🏻.

so this place is a joke. I initially got my exam done a week before July 26 when I came to pick up my glasses a week later I could not see out of them when I told the doctor this he asked me to come in to get re due the exam… When I went in, he read the exam and told me to wait for one of the girls so that I can get a receipt again as I waited he asked me was he the one who did my exam initially as if he has more than one dr there so I told him yes which should of been alarming … now it’s been well over a month week after week I have been Told to wait on hold and then hung up on numerous time the young girl with black hair proceeded to be rude when I call in yelling they are busy that I have to stay on hold I called and left voice mail this time because no one answered … And today 9/12 someone called me back and stated they are waiting for insurance to approval which makes absolutely no sense why would my insurance have to be resubmitted for a error the dr and staff did themselves and simply could of told me that weeks ago and also they have no regards for any one Picture below for visual to never call these ppl for an appointment they will not respond to you keep you on hold and hang up on you Just to get off the phone with the insurance company today and them tell me the claim was put only today

I’ve been coming to this doctor since I was 10 years old Anyone who doesn’t have patience or respect don’t come here. He’s an excellent person and doctor The customer service is great, just be patient it’s literally one doctor the whole time working there, making sure your eyesight is good, making sure your glasses are comfortable and making sure your price range for glasses are good too! Thank you guys!

Even though the place needs some renovations, I was pleased with the service the doctor gave me and my children. My daughter had a difficult time with her letters, and he made sure to accommodate her to something else that was much easier for my child. We received our glasses in a week, which was not long at all.
