I'm so freakin pissed off with how they work in the office. My mom had an app with the Retina Dr today this morning. her app was at 10:30 am and she got to the office BEFORE time @10:15 am. They had 5 people in front of her at the moment she got to the office. My mom is disabled, I can't Not believe they had her there till 1 pm?? Like WTH!! How can that be okay? I am sorry I don't know what's going on in that office who was in charge at that moment. who ever was in charge I don't see that's okay and professional. AT ALL!!!. Having a person to wait over 2 hours and change when app was at 10:30..SMH!!! I am sorry I do Not recommend this place at all TO ANYONE. My mom have been a patient for a very long time. Why do they take so damn long?? Do you think this is okay or fair? I would give this place a big -zero. This is my opinion. I hope this helps anybody that reads this. BY the way they can't ignoring her and started paying people that had later time then my moms time. That's even worse. Very Unprofessional. That's why I would never come to them again!.

Had an appointment at 10:30 am and was waiting for almost 3 hours till someone decided to acknowledge me. I asked how long till i was next and they girls at the front desk were giggling and cackling and said i will be called soon. Soon wasn’t till 2 hours later. Literally find somewhere else to get your prescription. They are extremely unprofessional and have no respect for peoples time. Everyone that came in after me was assisted, yet i was sitting there ignored. Very upsetting considering this has been my eye place for years.

I just gave up to go there because, after 5 minutes waiting in line, listening the message that says the clinic has a multi language costumer service (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and English), the lady that answered my call was rude and when I asked for someone who speaks portuguese, she just said there weren't anyone. She didn't make any effort to understand me. My english is not so bad. They won't have my business. Not at all !
