First of all, the office is completely dirty and looks like it’s basically never been cleaned. If you have a morning appointment, they will be dealing with the garbage when you get there and it will smell. Despite this negative experience, I did like the doctor so I scheduled a next visit to follow up on some other stuff. The doctor was late again to the point where I couldn’t even do the exam because I would be late for work and they again had trouble with my insurance, not doing anything to check it beforehand. It was also a huge pain in the ass to get them to email me my receipt and prescription. Will never go back. See the attached photo of the disgusting floor that has never been cleaned.

From beginning to end the staff was amazing. They assisted with picking my frames to breaking down pricing. The doctor was so knowledgeable and gave me the right prescription. I highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you for helping me to finally see better with my eyes.

Made an appointment more than two weeks ago and the Doctor had full availability. Two days before they canceled both appointments for me and my Son because she is doing half of day. My appointments were at 10:30 and 10:45am half of day supposed to be to 12pm. Why our appointments were cancelled if we were schedule before that. Just ridiculous
