First time going to Cohen’s for eyeglasses and contacts exam on 99th. Went in the early afternoon on a weekday so it wasn’t busy and was seen for my appointment right away. The doctor was nice and explained my prescription. Denise helped with everything else after the exam and she was patient and nice also. My overall experience with the service and everyone there was pleasant and comfortable.

While I had to wait almost forty minutes even after making an appointment (and the place was basically empty), the doctor I saw was extremely kind, competent and knowledgeable. She did my eye exam and addressed all my concerns in a very professional, patient way. One thing to note: unfortunately, they aren't able to access your records if you've been to another location of this company, which is a pain as it would really streamline things for the customer.

The BEST experience! All 10s across the board. I desperately called because three other eye places did not have a doctor in for the day. The call was pleasant and upon arrival, I was welcomed with the same energy. Manager and Doc were PHENOMENAL! They were both efficient and I wasn't rushed. IT IS clear that they live in their professionalism because it wasn't a task for them to be professional. They were both genuine with warm spirits. We talked and laughed and had a great time affirming our humanity and sharing experiences. And to top it off, Doc explained that I had dry eyes! Who knew? She recommended a couple of products. And WOWZAS -lubrication has changed my life! (My last year Doc didn't tell me.)This is the best Cohen's location to visit for all of your eye care needs.

The staff was great, especially Denise, who's the front desk who greets everybody.Dr. Bhrame was great in explaining everything what he was doing.
