I had an amazing experience with Mercy and Lia! Finding the right glasses with my very high prescription has always been a challenge, but they made the process so easy and enjoyable. They took the time to help me choose the best lenses for my needs and guided me toward frames that not only looked great but also worked well with my prescription. What I appreciated most was their honesty—they gave me genuine advice on what suited me best rather than just trying to make a sale. Their expertise and customer service were exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with my new glasses. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy help!

SCAM!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! You’ve been WARNED! This place is a scam, and I would advise you to stay away. Their employees come off very nice in the beginning. I went for an eye exam, and while I need new glasses my main reason for the visit was to take an eye exam. I called beforehand to confirm my insurance was accepted. Upon arrival, things moved pretty swiftly, I was told again that my insurance was accepted and that it would be a $10 copay, which I would happily pay. I was seen right away by Dr. Kevin Murtha who was thorough and pleasant. After my exam I browsed glasses, none of which I was sold on and when I asked for my prescription the $10 copay quickly jumped from $10 to $80! Very confused I asked how the price rose so drastically and I was told “it’s only $10 if you buy glasses today”. This is very clearly a scam! I advised the employee that makes no sense to which she then said “well I told you this before” which was false. I told her I would not be paying $80 for an exam that is covered by my insurance and she said “well you have a good day, refusing to give me my prescription”. I called the office and reexplained this and she then claimed she would email me my prescription to which she again failed to do. So I went back to the store to retrieve it. I was told it would be $10. This is the price it should have been to begin with, don’t get scammed. There’s far better places in the city. I just so happened to be in the neighborhood, but this was my first and last visit.

Had a fantastic experience, Soma was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and helped me pick out frames of my liking. I can tell she loves what she does. I highly recommend this location! Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Thank you so much Soma and Mercy!

Mercy and the entire staff at this location were sooooo helpful. They were knowledgeable about all things eye care and super patient with my daughter and I as we tried on literally every single frame in their collection. Mercy was genuine and warm throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend visiting this location for all of your eye care needs. You will not be disappointed with any staff member you get paired with! :)

Lia is AMAZING!!!! I’m a new client and she helped me with my entire process with my insurance and was PHENOMENAL! She answered all my questions and was extremely informative to helping me factor decisions based on my prescription! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Please give Lia the HIGHEST RAISE!!
