All front desk staff are very welcoming helpful with any questions, technicians are very thorough with the eye examinations, when it comes to the Doctors they are very helpful and take their time to explain everything detailed and answers all the questions i had. I am looking forward to my yearly exam. I recommend this practice

Mar 14, 2025 · BARBIE FI called to schedule an appointment for my husband. When I made the call I was clear that we were coming in for an issue with his eyelids. We got to the office and a technician performed some tests and then the doctor took a look at the results. During the tests we mentioned that he was suffering from dryness and redness in his eyes. The doctor only addressed those issues and when I referred to the eyelids problem I was told the doctor who performed that procedure was not longer with them. On our way out we were told that the copay was $200.00. The main reason for going to see them was never addressed and at no point we were told that they would not be able to address it. We paid $200 to be giving some drops for dry eyes.

I asked for a copy of my prescription because I lost the paper in a recent move and was told they would charge me $75 to get a copy of it. I am now a FORMER patient. Person who answers phone is not suited t the job. EDITED TO RESPOND TO COMPANIES RESPONSE: That’s false. I was told no. I also had a checkup last year that said my prescription was the same. Not my fault your doctor didn’t clarify. So, still a FORMER patient. But I guess thank you? for sending me my prescription without charging me a fee. You guys need to get a grip

I only wish I could give 1/2 star I've been going here for years. Used to be top notch care. Was highly recommended until after a decade of patronage I was cast aside as not in network.... SMH So sad, find someplace else to invest your time and money.
Oct 01, 2024 · MOT MarkThe associate at the front desk was quite rude and failed to inform me about the 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, even though I had called ahead to let them know I was coming from Astoria. Never going back. Respond back : Thank you for your response. However, the front desk should have informed me of the 15-minute grace period when I called prior to coming in. I would not have made the 50-minute trip otherwise.
