The lady was very rude and she didn鈥檛 want to help us to purchase a new pair of glasses. I told her my mother lives rimless glasses,is it possible to show her some models of those glasses.She just ignored us that like we are not a customer and doesn鈥檛 want to help us.If they put the glasses on the shelf instead of selling them how do will they make money and run the business.Those glasses are not for only display,they need to sell them to the consumer for making money, but she refuses to help us to buy a new pair of glasses.And because of my mother鈥檚 prescription was from other doctor,they refuse to give us back to prescription.Nerve going to the store back again.The corporate should talk action to them, so no one like us feel uncomfortable when buying a pair of new glasses.

If we are not going to be seen or there is a delay say it. I had another appointment after it I knew I wasn't going to make it If I didn't leave. I made the right decision. Same happened last time. I took time off work for these visits. Now I need to find a new dr. Bad service. Very slow. Don't take appointments so close if you can't keep up. Your loosing patients not the only review about the wait times.
