I come to this Cohens 2 or 3 times a year for testing, repairs and/or replacement and the staff is generally good but I have to single out the young lady who is the sales associate in the front, Terry is her name I think. She is a superb client facing team member with world class customer engagement skills a sunny, friendly and HELPFUL disposition at all times. I recommend her enough! Top Notch employee.

The wait was unavoidable as I placed my appointment same day online. However, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Doctor Lazarev is an awesome doctor and the staff are cool. The office is clean as well.
