I walked into Cohen’s optical today feeling especially low with the intentions of just getting a few contact lenses for an upcoming trip. In this process happened to meet a man named Johnny and a woman named Brigitte. The combination of interaction between these two workers at this optical place was uplifting for sure. Bridget would not settle until she found the right pair of sunshade's thank you so much. And as for Johnny, he molded them perfectly to my face.

I just got a new pair of glasses that I absolutely adore and of course clumsy me, sat on them, forcing them to bend! So I popped into Cohen’s desperately seeking to have them straightened out and also needed an ear guard to keep from stabbing my ear every time I put them on. Aby was such a great help in correcting them so they sit evenly on my face! She didn’t even charge me for the new guard! I am so very grateful for her expertise, thank you 🙏

Bridgette was amazing in resolving my eye care emergency. She went above and beyond to communicate with my primary doctor to resolve a discrepancy. Thanks to her I am able to see again!! The best customer service I’ve experienced in my 30 years of wearing eye glasses.

I’m a new patient at this location after having a bad experience with my former optometrist. They have great, professional and friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! My visit was great,from the time I walked in until the time I left I was attended to and made the whole experience a positive one! They have a great selection of frames with great prices! Ample free parking onsite! I definitely recommend them for your eye care needs!

I need to share my experience because my eyes need such an expensive prescription and Vanessa helped me so much! I wear my glasses all day and I hate picking them out. She was patient and helped me pick out the best frame. She worked with me to get the best price as well. The staff were very friendly and I recommend them 💯. Thank you again Vanessa!
