From the time I entered the location, which was at the Gateway Mall in Bk, I was greeted and attended to immediately. The staff immediately ushered me to the exam area and I didnt even wait 2-3 minutes before the exam dr called me in. He was very patoent, courteous and professional. After the exam, the rep who assisted me in selecting my glasses was very much the same. I was out within the hour. Great place too. Clean and comfortable.

Mar 02, 2025 · Beth EngersonSpanish looking guy adjusted my glasses using heat and created little cracks on my lens. This is causing my glasses to be blurry. I came in to fix one issue and and left with another. I guess because my glasses wasn’t purchased there he didn’t give a damn. Ridiculous
