The optometrist was thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt very comfortable throughout my eye exam. Purchased my children’s glasses here they have great customer service, staff is very helpful, everything is clean and brand new. Also the glasses in stock are top notch and our glasses were ready in just one week. Awesome place will be going back.

Dynamic Optical was very thorough with my eye exam. The optometrist was detailed in explaining the reasons why my eyes were healthy versus not while showing me pictures. She also informed me there was an additional test that would be good to do that was fully covered by my insurance. The staff who helped me out in the front was very friendly and helpful as well! When I came in to retrieve my glasses they adjusted the glasses to my face and was able to tell it was loose. They also mentioned to come back within 30 days to fix my prescription or fit if it ends up not working well for me. I appreciated the very caring and detail-oriented staff.

My exam was top notch, Dr. Cho was patient and explained all my test results to me with care and patience. The front of house staff was also great, very personable, professional and kind, and gave me the best advice to maximize my eye benefits. I will be back next year!
