She was very detail oriented, thorough, and her expertise showed in a very comforting and enlightening way with her knowledge of optometry. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes after arriving for an appointment. The doctor takes the time to patiently answer all of my questions.

Dr. Chen understood my concerns and took my previous optometrist experience into consideration during my exam, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this office!
