I recently had the pleasure of going to this location for the first time. I came in at 5:15PM and was warmly greeted by all the staff. I asked to see the doctor as my vision has been declining and I could not drive at night comfortably. After the initial testing, the doctor, Dr. Presman promptly took me in. I have never had such a pleasant experience with any doctor before. She was so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. She took her time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. The service I received was exceptional and I will be coming back to this location in the future, as well as recommending this place to everyone.

Hands down the best optical EVER, firstly they are super sanitary, paper work was straight forward and the eye exams were impeccable. The ladies in this place are beyond helpful, understanding and the most friendliest. I appreciate them and I am so grateful for their service and generosity. They explain the process gradually, they walk you through many good options. I will always choose this place above all. A special thank you and shoutout to the woman herself FRAN! After your eye exam, you're handed off to a salesperson who starts calculating and writing numbers, but without much clarity on what your insurance covers. Instead, they push expensive frames that you’ll be expected to pay for. My advice: Know your insurance coverage beforehand. If your insurance covers the exam, you can simply request your prescription and purchase frames from one of the many online retailers at a much lower cost. Even if you don’t have insurance, you can research the typical cost of an eye exam and buy your frames or contacts independently. If you prefer an in-person experience, I highly recommend Costco (if you're a member) for their professionalism and affordability, or Warby Parker, where I had a great experience at their Queens Center location. In the end, you’ve worked hard for your money, so be sure to spend it wisely.
