They called about an hour later saying "you missed your appt." .... The first time I went I paid to get a prescription put on a pair of glasses & they changed the price a couple times, because she was "unsure" of the cost. Extremely unprofessional, will not return.

Feb 10, 2025 · Momma Of 3Front desk staff is clearly running a scam on medicaid patients and attempting to charge for services. From the moment i walked in i could tell the one HBIC was up to something. I had booked a routine eye exam. When i get there the first girl says, "I'm just gonna take a picture of your eyes". Thats it. Then i go to see the doctor and I tell him i'm there for contacts and we go through that process. I go to check out and the HBIC rifles through some eyeglass order forms with no name on it and a rando script written on there. First of all, if it was mine, why would you have to rifle through it. I literally was just there. it should be on top if it had actually happened. Second, you never measured me for eye glasses because you literally never measured me for eyeglasses. When I asked the HBIC how i would have known the difference between the two if i had received them both she said, "Well did you say what you were here for?" In fact I said i was there for an eye exam when i walked in the door and i told the doctor i was there for contacts. The HBIC rolled her eyes about as far back into her head as i've ever seen eyes roll. I called her on it and took the fake eyeglass script and left. This is clear theft via unnessary services at least according to the front desk. Mind you, the services they provided were minimal and nothing close to what i've gotten at other providers with the same insurance plan. They didn't do a glaucoma test. Nothing. But then wanted to try and charge me for unnessary services I wouldn't even use. Interesting though that despite me being there for an eye exam you assumed i wore glasses. I only wear contacts for the last 6 years. Attached is apparently my eyeglass exam that never happened....i've redacted the ID number on the form that could potentially link it to my profile. If you can provide me that ID number accurately i could see MAYBE how you could have a case, but if you can't, then its clearly FRAUD.

My glasses had broken and I went to three different places to fix them and all three places told me they couldn’t, I came here and the wonderful employees had them fixed it in a matter of 5 minutes. The office is nice and clean and the women there were wonderful. I strongly recommend anyone who’s considering them as their go to place to make the switch! Thank you again guys!!!
Nov 29, 2021 · EThis place is incredibly unprofessional. I don’t leave reviews often, but the number of problems I had from one simple order is just crazy. They somehow managed to screw up every step of the process and turn this into a 6-month ordeal. I went in to get an eye exam and receive contact lenses. After I placed the order for the lenses, I was told to wait for a call when they arrive. So I wait a couple months and receive no call. When I call them they have no idea who I am and I’m told they haven’t even placed the order. So I go through the process of receiving trial lenses every few weeks while they’re supposedly working to get the full order. Each time I call to confirm that the trial lenses are there, they leave me on hold for 10 minutes and forget that I’m on the line waiting. This happens literally every time I call. So I repeatedly hang up and call again, and re-explain the situation again. After I confirm the trial lenses have arrived, I go to the store. Three of the trips I made were a complete waste of time because they tell me the lenses I’ve been told have arrived, actually haven’t even been ordered. On the times when I received the trial lenses, they were labeled wrong, mixing up the right and left lenses. After 6 months of this, yes literally 6 months, they still haven’t been able to get me my order. I asked for my prescription, ordered the lenses myself online, and paid for the lenses out of pocket. They arrived in less than a week. Unless you’re looking for a 6-month headache, take your business elsewhere.
