I came in Christmas Eve and the staff was amazing. Had an appointment with the friendly/accommodating doctor focused on making my glasses/comtacts perfect for my work needs. The entire staff was cheerful and helpful. I got a new pair of glasses ordered & walked out the door with contacts. Over-all the best doctor/client experience I’ve ever had. I’ll see them soon again just to stay focused.

PLEASE AVOID! This place is such a scam, I’m shocked they’re still in business. Charged a lot of money just to try contact lenses that I voiced discomfort with at the practice. Then tried to charge even more money again when I wanted a different prescription because of that discomfort. AND then I asked for the prescription and they sent the WRONG prescription. Ordered elsewhere because this place already rubbed me the wrong way and then realized it was the wrong prescription. Lost that money and then called because they got the prescription wrong (they sent two conflicting prescriptions). They did not care at all. I’m serious, this might be my worst experience with any business. Please avoid like the plague, I seriously regret ever coming to this practice. I lost so much money and time :(

Luckily someone cancelled and they were able to squeeze me in and stupid me for not scheduling my exam sooner. But I needed to use up my vision benefits before they expired at the end of the year. The staff is consistently great, especially Yolanda. They always let me know when there are rebates on my contacts. Dr. Chu is so knowledgeable and super friendly. Overall, I’ve been happy every time I have needed an eye exam, contacts or glasses. Prices are fair considering this is an in person business and not some online big box retailer. I’m all for supporting local businesses and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Oh, and shout out to Oleg for always fitting my glasses so they’re not falling off my face throughout the day.

A top-notch independent optometrist/ eyewear establishment that you should know about. Elaine Chu gives a superb refraction/eye exam, and Oleg is a wizard at crafting lenses for your eyeglasses. Highest possible recommendation. And, make your appointment directly with them rather than through ZocDoc, which charges them an inordinately large fee.

I’ve been coming here for years and Dr. Chu and the staff are wonderful. The exam is always thorough and thoughtful, the staff are quick, and my lenses and glasses are always available in a timely manner. Shop local. You won’t be disappointed.
