I had an incredible experience at this shop, thanks to Paul. I came in with glasses that I didn’t even purchase from their store, and Paul went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, professional, and efficient, repairing my glasses for free without hesitation. He used his time, tools, and resources to provide a generous service, asking for nothing in return. It’s rare to find this level of kindness and care these days, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service and wonderful staff. Had such a positive experience, my eye doctor was very kind and patient and after all these years realized that my eye contact lenses was a different base curve and i can see much better and my eyes are so much more comfortable now!! I also got recommended the best eye contacts for my eyes and i can never go back now

Have been going here for over 10 years. The doctor and staff here has always been on point, polite, informative and would let you know your best options in frames, within your budget and will work w your eye coverage insurance. Never has a problem with bringing my own outside prescription info or outside frames for them to cut. Other places make up lame issues to get that extra dollar out of you. They don’t push things you don’t need or ask for. Other eyeglasses franchises can’t come close to customer service and professionalism. Will go back and continue to.

I have been avoiding visiting the eye doctor , prescription in over 8 years old. Glad i came here. They are kind, courteous , patient and they are very transparent with pricing and timing. They are gentle and patient with my lack of knowledge on glasses and contacts. I tried on at least 30 pair of glasses never once felt rushed. They worked with my unions insurance. Recommend if your hesitant, don’t be they have great service all around.

We are on a 3 month holiday, during our travels our reading glasses were well out of shape, these guys were great at making the repairs immediately. Thank you for great service and a really good personal interaction. Good luck in the future
